The pacifier is designed to reduce skin irritation as it is turning away from the baby’s skin around the mouth.

Sterilise

Always sterilise each pacifier before use.
Put the pacifier in a clean bowl. Pour them with boiling water. Leave them for approximately 5 minutes. Do not use the stove as it will burn or melt them.
Take them out and let them dry on a clean towel.
Use the towel to squeeze out any excess water

For hygienic reasons, it is recommend the pacifier is discarded after 4-6 weeks

We generally ship the majority of in-stock orders within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). However, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch. If you require an order urgently, please contact us to confirm dispatch timeframe before placing an order.

Within Australia we offer a standard flat rate shipping of $8.95 for orders under $120. Standard free shipping is offered for others above $120.

You can upgrade shipping to express post for a flat rate of $12.95 within Australia.

We ship using Australia Post and delivery times are subject to their delivery network.

We happily ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind

We will accept returns due to change of mind or where the incorrect size was ordered as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and items are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, we will provide you via email a store credit of the original purchase amount excluding shipping cost which is valid for 12 months. No refunds will be offered for change of mind returns.

There will be no returns on sale items or items such as teethers, headbands, beanies and dummies due to hygiene reasons.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it is within 24 hours of the order being placed and it is yet to be shipped.
