Christmas/New Years Shipping Dates

Ivory Octopus will be closed for dispatching orders on the following dates

  • Friday 24th December to Wednesday 29th December
  • Boxing Day Sales orders will be shipped on Thursday 30th December 

Shipping

We generally ship the majority of in-stock orders within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). However, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.

If you require an order urgently, please contact us to confirm dispatch timeframe before placing an order.

 

Australia Post are still having some delays that are COVID related including to their express post network. Please see their website for updates at https://auspost.com.au/service-updates

Within Australia we offer a standard flat rate shipping of $8.95 for orders under $140. Australia Post Express Post is a flat rate of $12.95 within Australia.

Standard free shipping is offered for orders above $140.

We ship using Australia Post and delivery times are subject to their delivery network.

We happily ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind

We will accept returns due to change of mind or where the incorrect size was ordered as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and items are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, we will provide you via email a store credit of the original purchase amount excluding shipping cost which is valid for 12 months. No refunds will be offered for change of mind returns.

There will be no returns on sale items or items such as teethers, headbands, beanies and dummies due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty goods

If you believe you have a faulty item, please contact us providing a full description of the fault. We will contact you and requests images.

If we determine that your Goods may be faulty, we will request that you send the product back to us at your cost for further inspection, including any accessories, manuals and documentation shipped with the product. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a product faulty. 

If we determine that the product is faulty, you will be credited the full amount paid (including shipping costs) and you may request a refund, exchange or store credit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it is within 24 hours of the order being placed and it is yet to be shipped.
